IET London Savoy Place

IET London: Savoy Place

With more than 100 years of event and conferencing experience, the home of Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET) London at Savoy Place has it all – plenty of character, state-of-the-art technology and our superb onsite catering team.
Sitting on the banks of the River Thames, with a stunning view of St Paul’s Cathedral and the London Eye, the building has been part of the capital’s skyline since 1246. Now it is an adaptable and versatile venue for any kind of function; its 19 rooms include a tiered lecture theatre seating up to an incredible 462 people. In fact, it was in this very theatre that 200 companies met in 1922 to form the BBC; some of the first radio broadcasts were aired there before the IET took full ownership.

Our head chef and onsite catering team provide second-to-none, locally sourced food, partnered with an experienced events and AV team who are dedicated to giving excellent service. We’ll have your event covered and, what’s more, our inventive packages are guaranteed to make it a talking point amongst your guests.
